Food Tips & Recipes


Being healthy doesn't mean your meals and snacks have to be boring, flavorless or come in portions that would make a small child full. Sometimes our clients need help understanding what different foods do and what they can do (bananas are a natural antacid, blueberries fight the bacteria that causes diarrhea), how foods affect their moods and bodies and how to make foods work for them rather than against them to help them achieve their goals.
