Ray Feliciano
President/Head Trainer

     Ray has always been active in sports - boxing, wrestling, biking.  In high school, he became involved in body building and football which led to joining team at a local University.  His interest in fitness continued to grow as he began personal training individuals at a local gym while competing in body building. 

Although he took a slight detour away from personal training for a few years, body building, fitness and exercise always remained at the forefront of his daily regiment.  When he moved to West Chester, PA in 2003, he was introduced to Brian Petty - a local personal trainer with a reputation for his "hardknocks and no-nonsense" approach to physical fitness and training.  Through Brian, Ray learned that "strength without real-world application was useless" and he began changing his fitness regiment from "big, strong and brawny" to "fit and healthy".  He also began taking a more realistic and holistic approach to fitness, nutrition and health.  This was more apparent after the birth of his son, Anthony, to ensure that he and his family also followed in the mantra of healthy living.

This was the start of 3F-1 Fitness.  Since 2011, it has been Ray's mission to help and educate individuals about living healthier through fitness, proper nutrition and proper living.  He utilizes his knowledge of weight training, sports conditioning, kettlebells, boxing and MMA, along with nutritional advice to offer his clients a unique and effective personal training experience.

Jeannie Feliciano
Vice President/Trainer

     From competitive team sports like soccer, track, gymnastics and cheerleading to "sports as a recreation" like swimming, tennis and volleyball, sports has always been a part of Jeannie's life.  In high school, she was introduced to weight lifting as a method of increasing strength and power.  After moving to West Chester, PA, weight lifting became an outlet for dealing with stress.  Surrounded by "meat-heads" and "gym rats", she started learning the fundamentals of kineseology and nutrition and, soon became interested in competitive figure and fitness.  With the help of Brian Petty, a friend and local personal training and her husband, Ray, she began training for her first figure competition.  Although Jeannie had to cut her training short just a couple of months shy of her first competition, the principles she learned while training helped her gain a better understanding of kinseology and nutrition and, piqued her interest in personal training.  She used that knowledge to help train a few women at a local gym and friends.  And, with her love of cooking, she soon began providing recipes, cooking tips and tricks along with fitness and workout advice. 

In addition to working with her husband on 3F-1 Fitness, Jeannie also runs her own successful business, Blue Phoenix Business Services, and is the mother of their precocious son, Anthony.  As a mother and entrepreneur, she provides "real-world" advice and personal training tips to help other parents and other busy individuals who are juggling multiple priorities.  She also collaborates with various health experts to ensure that she and her husband are providing their clients with safe and accurate information relative to their individual fitness goals and health conditions.
